Passerina versicolor

I just got back from a very quick trip out to west Texas where I had the pleasure of spending a little quality time with this Varied Bunting and my new 80D camera. What can I say, I’m a sucker for colorful birds and the Varied Bunting is near the top of my list. I am also very pleased with the new camera so far. I’m definitely looking forward to testing it out more. I think it will do great on our upcoming New England trip.
