Cyanerpes cyaneus

The Red-legged Honeycreeper is one of those birds I always look forward to photographing when I go to Costa Rica and on our October trip this year we definitely had some nice chances to make some images of them. Though it might not look like it in this photo, these birds are very small and VERY fast. It is a fun challenge to get good photos of them.
