Very nice photo Greg...looking at my birding books, it appears that this may be a MacGillivray's Warbler...maybe a first fall bird...the first fall Mourning Warbler also has a faint nearly complete eye ring...but I think that I would still have to go with the MacGillivray...whichever, a very nice discovery and great way to start 2013...congrats Greg...
