They actually moved a couple of chairs down closer to the where the water is now, but this is where the beach used to be "normally".

The water's not deep enough to drown in that part of the lake.

Does the life guard use binoculars to see if any body is drowning and then an ATV to get to the water Before he can begin to save the person.
