Houseboat flotilla

With water levels so low, the fleet of houseboats (rentals have been a big summer business in the past) are hemmed in with very little room to maneuver.

I agree with Karen, I've never seen anything like this! Vancouver and the We(s)t Coast also have had drought for three months now, it's unbelievable. We finally had a lot of rain (and a windstorm) two days ago but it's not enough to fill the reservoirs.
