It is Greystone Cellars. For many years it was the home of Christian Brothers Winery and was a popular tourist attraction. Brother Timothy, who just passed away a few years ago, was one of the most well-known winemakers in the valley. Some years ago it was sold to Heublein and after that became the home of the culinary institute. It's a great place to stop and eat, but make reservations.
