The local restaurant is THE place to be on a Sunday morning. During the week all of the town's business folk eat here. Everyone knows everyone else. A grand cocophony of red-eye gravy, biscuits, coffee and cigarette smoke. On the wall there are pictures of Dale Earnhardt, Richard (the king) Petty, Babe Ruth, Charlotte Motor Speedway, the winner of last year's Tractor Pull, and banners from most of the local ACC colleges.
