Here's a sample of Midnight Blue from a company called Trinity 1945. This is just about as close to Marina Blue as you're going to get from an off-the-shelf color... maybe even a custom mix. For $68 you get a gallon of the Acrylic Enamel plus reducer, hardener, stir sticks and strainers... the whole kit. I passed on this idea as explained later.
