This one is very brightly colored and attached to a Pipevine with a lot of heathly leaves. It's "outside", not protected in a cage like the ones in next photo. It's also "head down", all the ones in the cage are either horizontal or "head up". All seem to have a support tether looped around whatever they've attached themselves to.
