The hydro meter stood alone in a cleared area, no other buildings, no wires that were connected, it certainly looked unused. The obvious conclusion was it was "Out of Service" and had been for some time. The remaining question was why hadn't BC Hydro retrieved their meter, and the miracle is that it's still in one piece.
