I was fairly certain there was an eagle in the area, but couldn't find it. I quickly focused on the heron and took a shot. Imagine my surprise when I downloaded the image, and there was not only the eagle I couldn't find, but a deer that was taking in the whole scene. A lucky shot and a good way to end 2025!
