Aging gracefully, through rain, sun, and snow, this anchor having done it's work, now just rests in a marina display. "The anchor by trade is a "navy anchor". It is a particular style that probably relates back centuries. Being at French Creek, it was possibly used to anchor a fish farm. They have good holding power when the force is in one direction."
