Part of the Sombrio Beach adventure is the suspension bridge that crosses the Sombrio River to the west fork of the trail that leads to the western beach area. My guess is that 200 to 500 human bodies cross this bridge daily. While I spent 15 minutes there, at least 30 people passed. Yes, it sways a bit with a certain amount of wiggle. Great fun for the young ones. This shot is from the west end of the bridge looking toward the steep but well developed trail back up the hill.
