The red metal cover over some of the steps that go up the left frame comes with quite a story. My partner Leo and his buddies used to crawl up those steps as 15-16 year old hellions. An old gentleman was so concerned about them falling he took a sledge hammer to the steps about 10 feet up from the ground. Needless to say that only increased the challenge for these teenagers.
