Near Qualicum, this otter was observed for more than 30 minutes having a nice fish dinner on the rock and being watched by a mature bald eagle that wanted to take the fish away from the otter. At one point the otter looked at the eagle and seemed to say "the fish is nice, come over here and I will have some wings too". The eagle finally left, not wanting to confront the otter
