A heron story to wrap up my birth day weekend in Victoria.
First Beacon Hill Park, then finished the day with dinner at Fisherman's Wharf. The sun was setting and wanted to go to Ogden Pt Lighthouse for the sunset shot. Then just a few yards from the wharf, I spotted a heron ()blended well with the rocks wanting to have its dinner. I almost missed it.

Now looking back at my speed of 1/15 and low ISO and no tripod, I'm surprised that I can even show this image.
