Shawnigan Creek meets the sea after a series of falls below the Island Highway overpass in Mill Bay.
Access: Turn towards the ocean at the Mill Bay traffic light. Turn left at the next intersection (Brentwood College intersection) and drive to the end of the short road. Park and take the trail/steps down to the creek and the Fisheries installation. This could be a good spot during a salmon run. There were many swans and other sea birds out on quieter waters (access from Brentwood College property with permissions perhap?)
