To crop or to clone?

Somenos Marsh

Hand held image taken by leaning over the railing at Somenos Marsh. Any thoughts
on whether the image could be improved by cropping or cloning out the bright white?

I would clone out the upper right bright white and see how it looks from there. DonnaE
