This was designed by Santiago Calatrova and built in 2001. It has a wing-like sun screen composed of 72 steel fins which rest atop of a glass enclosed reception hall. The wings are raised or lowered to control the light and temperature inside. The fins range from 26 feet to 105 feet and the wingspan spreads 217 feet at the widest point.

Not yet. I have many more shots of this to process. Even the lines on the stairways were a piece of art. When I took this picture, I thought, "How would John Van Den Hengel take this'?
