I've been trying to get a good shot of this Hawk for weeks and as soon as I got close it would bolt. This time I saw the bird out of the corner of my eye as it moved to this tree. All the time it was watching me very close. While sitting very still on the ATV I slowley pulled my camera out of the side compartment and managed a few shots before it bolted away from me into the forest. I see this bird almost every day near the back field, it's almost as if it's playing some game with me.
