Fabulous shot Carl, I've been tracking one here on the property but I haven't any good shots yet, lots of Deer shots though.
Looking at the Peterson field guide. It would appear that you have a juvenile Red Tail Hawk judging from the white feathers around the eye. They lose those white feathers for a more brown and develop that Red Tail.

Nice photo. This is possibly a juvenile Redtail Hawk. ( http//www.allaboutbirds.org/guide/red-tailed_hawk/id ). I don't know how to add a link, so you'll have to drag and drop, lol.
