It was a sunny moment (finally) and the eagle was enjoying the warmth...wings spread and basking in
the sunshine. It wasn't until I uploaded my shots that I realized its' left eye was damaged
(noticeable in every shot I took), perhaps from a fight or maybe at birth, whichever it's
undoubtedly blind in that eye. Obviously it has survived this impairment and appears healthy and
well able to care for itself.
