this rainbow at sunset I am told appears as the result of a 'pnenomenon' that has occurred only 3 times in the last 128 years. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of that 'phenomenon'
Can anyone affirm?

Quite spectacular. You did a great job. It is badly pixellated, though, so you might want to run it through an noise-reduction software to smooth it out. But what a vision! Gail R.
