Brilliant shot! Wonderful colours on the neck, just the right amount of blue in the wings, and the hummer is looking straight at the camera. You might consider cloning out the red of the feeder in the lower right-hand corner, as it draws the eye out of the photo. Also, by having it dark in that corner the way it is, except for the red, it balances the same colouration in the upper left-hand corner.
