I like the mood in this picture. However, I'd like to see it cropped a bit at the bottom as I find the sky much more interesting than the foreground. I'd also like to see it straightened.

Lovely moody winter capture, including lovely warm lighting, highlighting the seagulls on a misty cool winter day! I would personally however, crop all the bright area ( top portion) out of the photo. I personally find it too distracting and it really doesn't contribute to the over all feel of this over all lovely capture! :)
