Depth of field is excellent. The soft view of the bay gives depth and interest to the picture. Only fault I could find is that it's slightly crooked.

Well done! We have almost the same view and I couldn't capture an image as good as this one. The frost didn't last very long, either. DonnaE

It is definitely an unusual shot, and a very good catch. Nice as it is to have the bay scene showing through, I find it makes the whole photo too busy. The eye doesn't know whether to focus on the frost or the scene outside the window, and it makes neither view satisfying. If you get another chance at something like this, might I suggest adjusting the DOF to firmly favour one of the two, and see how that works out? Just a thought.

Very good eye and perfect dof to show off the frosty web as the main subject and yet leave enough dof to allow the viewer to see what is outside the window! :)
