An attempt at adjusting the contrast. I took it up 10 points at a time until I chickened out. The darker stones started getting too black.

Much nicer foreground with more contrast. Practice working in layers so that you can retain the detail of the stones. I'm not sure if this was taken in the rain or if you added a filter? Jean

Very nicely composed moody story telling capture! I personally thought it was just fine without adding any extra contrast!
