This is Burgmansia. All parts of the plant poisonous. Lovely to look at but don't smoke it! It is related to Datura which grows wild is some parts of the world and is known as "Loco Weed" as it has a stange effect on cattle. A hedge if Datura is said to keep the deer out of your garden. James T.
