Way to go Rod. I threw that 11 comment out there just to see if anyone would catch the Spinal Tap reference. -COAmature

Yes Doug I had half an idea to get a shot of the volume knob & try to Photoshop 11 onit like Spinal Tap:-)

The sound created from these Marshall's cannot be duplicated. Great equipment. Just think how much louder they would be if they went to 11. -COAmature

Thanks Carole, Penny, Tommy & Brent:-) Yes the light is the sort of power aspect for the challenge wiv the added nod to power for those who's ears survived the onslaught of Jimi Hendricks & subsequent guitar heroes. They used the JMP 50 which had a great tone for their style of playing. Because there were no PA systems back then Jim Marshall had to make a JMP 100 to get louder sounds. Most guitarists used these on stage to get the volume but used the JMP 50 in the studio for the better tone. Mind you I don't think me Mum would have thought wot Jimi Hendricks produced would be called tone:-)

"Power Glow" would have been a good title for this one too. You DOF looks spot on with this one Mate and I'm impressed with the detail you are getting from that lens. Great image!

Nice one Rod! I like the glow of the power indicator and the red reflections on the Marshall. I'm clueless as to how powerful this might be, but the light makes it for me! :-) CJ

This is so warm and fuzzy that I don't feel much "power", or is it intended to illustrate the Jim Marshall sound? It makes me want to listen to Richie Blackmore. In fact I think I will.. -tv
