Glad you brought this one back, Tom.

This is great Tom! I like the look of concentration on her face and the drum provides a great backdrop to her hands and face....good one! :-) CJ

Oops I didn't read the rules.. well I did but then immediately forgot them except the portrait part. A function of age. Thanks again. -tv

TV, referring to our outline, " I encourage you all to work with light (yes we just practiced that in the last challenge), to create a mood, an emotion, or a fantasy theme.", I believe you did a great job, showing mood & emotion. Julie

The glow of the drum does make it interesting. I'm liking this one a lot. -COAmature

Thanks Julie, does the lighting make it emotive?
Thanks Rod & Aam & Penny.
Rod you are beginning to sound like a "back-slapper". -tv

Yes, tv! You caught the lighting very well, as required for this challenge. Julie

Tricky exposure for this subject & the light coming through the drum but it seems to have given a very nice light to her skin. Nicely done mate.

Like the big white area, it makes the photo simple and nice.

I love her look of concentration - and the opaqueness of the drum is really interesting -
