It's great how the bubbles catch the yellow and jump out from the blue background. -tv

This is really very cute, and good too! The shallow DOF works very well here to focus on the bubbles and the "gun" - if the face had been show, the focus would have been on the child instead. Well done Konstantin! :-) CJ

Very nice!

The bubbles seem to stand out more now, Konstantin. It also looks as if the edges of the image have been darkened, so that all the light seems centered on the boy and the bubbles. Really nice.

Very good, Konstantin. Perfectly composed and the shallow DOF works nicely. -Gerald

I'd say you did very very well in ps - the bubbles stand out fine and the blue background is lovely. One of my favs here. jano

Ladies & Gentlemen, thank you very much for your friendly comments.
I was on the way home loaded with heavy bags when I saw this boy playing with his bubble–gun. I could do just one shot, he run away when he saw me with my camera. First I was not so happy with this picture, but then I got a feeling that it is even better that his face is hidden. What about bubbles, Mary Anne, the all PP I did here was to make bubbles more sharp and more dimensionally. I’m not sure I can do better then it is now, may be somebody with better Photoshop skills.

At first I needed to see the child's face. But, the more I look at this... the more I like the anonymousness of it. It's all about the bubbles. Well done, Konstantin. ~lydia

I like this one Konstantin, both the composition and the little story it tells. However, I think the image would have more impact if you could sharpen those bubbles a bit and give them more dimensionality.
