Office blocks built in the 1960s~70s are being replaced - the trouble is all the new buildings look like glass cubes, devoid of character.

I agree with Gerald. The blues and yellows are so strong it naturally pulls a partial de-saturation. Looks like there is a lot of construction going on there. Lots of cranes in the skyline. -COAmature
The few spots of brilliant yellow stand out against the shades of blue in most parts of the image; as there is almost no other color, this image fits the topic well, YB. -Gerald
