Pelicans - "Where's Mine!"

Pelicans noisily waiting for a fisherman to drop something

"Oh, a wondrous bird is the pelican!
His bill holds more than his belican.
He can take in his beak
Enough food for a week.
But I'm darned if I know how the helican."

Well captured Carole; I can just image the racket they are making. ~mcbit

Thanks Tom, Penny and Debi! I think that's a cormorant that hustled up to the front of the group to snatch a morsel of fish. Behind the pelican looking at his feet Tom, is another one getting smacked by the wing of the fellow next to him. They sure were a funny and noisy bunch! :-D CJ

Great capture and very funny. All those pelicans must be starved to be so focused on the tiny morsel in the beak of the duck-like bird. All, that is, except the big one in front who seems distracted by his feet. What a shot! -tv
