Great Image Lydia! You are so funny and truthful.

Good one Lydia! I missed the reflection first time around- makes the shot work much better. At least with Vista you get a Windows icon instead of a start button, although if you hold your cursor over it "start" still pops up- Microsoft just couldn't let go of the irony it seems.

The irony is that at work my users understand this perfectly. In Windlws, they are used to the dopey but ubiquitous "Start" button and I can't think of any other way of explaining how to shut down. But if you are an Apple user, I can understand your reaction. -tv

LOL, Doug... I suppose you're right. *grin* But that was all BEFORE the photo was taken, you bad trouble-maker! *smile* Thanks for your compliment! ~Lydia

Photoshop clean? Not exactly since the picture displays PS in action. LOL All joking aside Lydia, you are one clever girl. -COAmature

Thanks!
I'm sorry about your computer Penny. *heavy sigh* I hope it can be fixed.
I remembered that I'd messed with the Start button in PS... after I'd said I didn't PS it. *sigh* Sorry to mislead. I forgot.
Charlie, I agree. And why do we park on the driveway and drive on the parkway?? ~Lydia

Fun shot Lydia! BTW, I have the same rolltop desk! :-) CJ

start, stop, what's the difference.... computer's don't speak any kind of language we understand anyway (speaking as one whose computer just fried for no apparent reason). I love this one!

I must have been half asleep before, I've just got up from me afternoon nap & I can now see our lydia as clear as anything asking Why!!! in the reflection. I completely missed this before. Great thinking megirl:-) I think the drawers & paper along wiv the angle of the screen helps to give the picy some dynamics as there's really not a lot to make a picy here & Lydia has made a picy. Wot a woman:-) Really well done.

Well done. Ain't we gots a strange language? Why's it that that stuff send by car or truck is a "shipment," when stuff sent by ship is "cargo"? I might say that the drawer stuff to the left does not add to the message.
ctfchallenge29-Mar-2008 02:45
LOL! Thanks, guys. And it's PS clean (well except for the normal processing stuff). It was fun, too. :) Thanks for your comments. It's always bothered me that I have to press Start to turn off my computer. Why is that?? ~Lydia
