Aam, I happen to have both, actually :o) - to have this shot not with too much backlit was on purpose, if this is what you are up to

Thanks all, actually it was aam and his shot making me aware of this concept, since his shot was already unique with the sharp details of the slice, I tried to come up with a slightly different 'setup' in our kitchen :o)
