Again, not nearly as good as the original.
This challenge has taught me that sometimes it takes a lot of work to create a "simple" image.
My hat is off to all the past winners of CTF Challenges. You are winners for very good reasons!

I like your take on the original photo. I also like your lighting, although I don't know enough to comment on "how" it's different.

I know what you mean about "simple" shots!! I think for me the main difference between yours and the original is that the original had curves created by the paper and the shadows on the paper. In yours it is harder to see the shadow curves because of the writing distracting you. The curves are still there but just dont draw you to them so easily. I think you've done a fine job though! - claire
