Very Big Pigeon

OK so I only actually have 3 pictures of birds; my entire collection is posted.

Eligible is going to be a big problem as we don't do birds here! Not even Capalaba Awks! If "birds" are acceptable then I may be on to a winner. :-) -mcbit

I'm getting fed up wiv bird picys so how about posting some real "bird" picys Gerry. From summer so they're wearing less:-)

Thanks Carole, after a bit of investigation I discovered that it's a 'red crowned crane' native to the Amur River basin in eastern Russia and in southeastern Asia, including China and Japan. This particular specimen was in Houston Zoo. -mcbit
