Great rich colors, nicely framed. The shadow in front of the tip of her nose is.. strange. Makes it look square. Perhaps it adds to the picture - I'm really not sure. It might steal too much attention.. to me the whole image changes character in that area.. into DOF abstraction.. her nose melts into the background. Would have tried eliminating it in PP and compared before making an paper copy anyway.

Nice envisioning that the light on the wall would complement her so well. John

This one is my favorite of your three. The setting, colors, and lighting are all perfect for Greta. -COAmature

Lovely, warm and rich colors. The dog blends well in the scene. Light is great, although kinda unusual coming from behind for a pet portrait. But the final results are great!!

Great exposure and i like the dark background on the left going into the lighter on the right. jano

Thanks Penny and Mary. Mary, I had asked her to jump on the bed for the picture because of the light shining on the paneling behind the bed. Normally she loves the bed but she was quite suspicious of the whole thing. d.tallakson

I love the way the dog is turned back into itself. And the background colors are, of course, perfect!

Nice color and lighting in this portrait. Great capture of her expression...was she being naughty?
