I agree with TV, it does look like an impressionist painting of some sort, mainly due to the slo mo.

This could have been real boring but not as you've done it. The blurs work very well for a convincingly Impressionistic rendition. -tv

I love the sense of movement here. In fact, I'd be tempted to use an even longer exposure and maybe include a bit more greenery.
