Pretty interesting shot. I'd love a color correction on it. ~ Lonnit

Much too warm for my taste, I think I'd like the colors better if they were inversed actually. But I appreciate the scene as such.. the lines and reflections are just great.

Great shot Brent! You sure come up with some good ones from that library! Love all the lines of lights here with the reflections giving the floor an almost wet look. :-) CJ

Another fine example for the no PP topic, Brent!! This photo has all the charms and warmth of the place as it. If this is what camera produces, I would not even open photoshop to do anything to this.

It must be hard to keep quiet here! Lovely glossy photo. I keep coming back to look at it again.

Cool shot Brent. I particularly appreciate the continuation of the fluorescent strips into the window's reflection. A strong image. - Kelly

That has to be the glossiest library I've ever seen, and most colorful from previous shots inside, if I remember correctly. Very effective shot. -tv

Thanks all :-) This is a hidden away and little seen spot in the Downtown Seattle Library where I have shot many times before- great space. I'm not so sure the janitor knows people can tell he doesn't always wax the entire floor John; you have to get down to a really low angle to notice that he doesn't. But that's okay as I'm ashamed to say I used to sweep crumbs under rugs when I was a janitor in high school ;-)

I really like how they didn't polish the floor outside the fence so even the reflection edge is a leading line. Also the curved/leaned beams ... how perplexing to me. Please put in location for us people who enjoy knowing what/where from the wonderful diversity in this group. John

Wow, Brent, you could do a whole book of your great shots of this library. This is certainly another wonderful image in the series. ~Sharon
