RULE...Distracting foregrounds & Backgrounds.
I wanted to show wot the other birds in the tree see when they are here to feed. Of course wiv their birds eye view the pick up everything around them. So to portray this I broke the distracting foreground & background rule to bring you for the first time ever how a birds view of the world looks.
