Thanks Penny and Lydia. That is what caught my attention through glass windows ... they looked like people but one of them was missing a head. When I moved around to get just one window between and looked through the lens and zoomed to the equivalent of 325mm (was shooting in 8 mp mode), they still looked like people ready to take your tickets but you could tell it was black stoppers put into the window to close them up. Guess one of the stoppers fell out. I had to lean against a wall because this much zoom at 325 equiv was a killer. It wasn't until I got it on the big screen that I could see that the blinds had different colors. Cool. John
Not knowing enough about photography to really comment on the physical aspects of this shoot, even though it looks good to me, the design and the colors and the whole idea of this "box" work perfectly for this challenge. And I love the possibilites that come to mind while thinking about just who might be arriving at this window to see what. And when.

This startling image caught my eye through 3 sets of glass windows. Fortunately they were mostly clean. I love the zoom on this G9. I was on a break for the all-day Photoshop Creativity class being taught by Bert Monroy at the Dallas Convention Center. Since I am taking the rest of the year off due to accumulated vacation, I thought I would treat myself to a class ... loved it ... learned a lot even though Bert is a famous digital artist and not a photographer.
