I kind of thought the second crack looked like an antenna and added to the bug-like look. Maybe you should consider leaving one bug's-antenna-length of the second crack.

Thanks for the suggestion Tom - Done! :-) CJ

Nice one Carole.(I had every confidence you would get something out of the remodeling ordeal.) This looks like a bug crawling up a rather tenuous twig. I think I would have cloned out part of the second crack to enhance the buggy impression. -tv

This is cool. Like everyone else, I was fooled into thinking that it was a bug on a branch.

Thanks all! I can't get out much to take "pretty" picys so I'll have to take pictures of my surroundings at the moment. This started out as just a pit in the window from a stone but while pounding in a shim around the new oak frame, hubby really cracked it up - giving me a leading line - LOL! :-) CJ

Nice one Carol. I tried for about 30 seconds ... my browser window hides everyones comments and the title with explanation. Then I read them. Outstanding. Other names come to me like Wise Crack, Cool Crack, Creature Crack, or Creative Crack, etc. John

That's a great shot... I couldn't figure it out, though, without your explanation. Once I 'saw' it, it was perfectly clear to me. Good 'un! ~Lydia

Good work, CJ.

The highlights on the crack towards bottom left really help with the leading line aspect. Goodun Carole.
