I was just joking with you, because I can tell you're dying to show us your car.

Yes Kelly. The top is in the trunk and I usually set the zoom to wide angle and hold the camera above the windshield. JV it is hard to get much more of the car because I would have to reach behind me and leave the driver's position ... this would be dangerous at 50 mph when this was taken as there is a curve coming up in about 5 seconds. John - Were you driving in a convertible and did you take this shot from above the windshield? - Kelly

This is at least the third shot you've posted with a portion of your car in it. Just go for the gusto and show the whole thing. Cool scenery by the way though.

A curvy road with a nice surface and great scenery on a sunny perfect temperature day in a roadster with the top down and a stick shift with 220 ft lbs of torque .... I do like driving. The Talimena highway (Oklahoma) in particular and generally the Ozarks and Ouachitas (Arkansas) typically show up in most motorcycle guide books near the top of highways to choose to enjoy your motorcycle. We roadster (4 wheels) people just leach their information for where to take a drive. This Hwy 259 gem isn't written up because you don't have hardly any vistas to look out but dang it is a good road and the scenery is up close. John

The 60 mile Talimena Highway that runs from Talihina, Oklahoma to Mena, Arkansas, has a great off-shoot called Hwy259. Hwy259 runs south another 60 miles to Broken Bow, Oklahoma. While the Talimena Highway runs generally west to east along the top of a Ouachita (pronounced wash-i-tah) Forest mountain ridge, Hwy 259 runs north to south up and down over the last remnants of the Ouachita Forest mountain ridges.
