Good one Cat! Love the colors and maybe a little bright on my screen, but still nice! :-) CJ

One of my favs so far in the challenge - I wish the left area of the ground was more on the level of the right. Beautifully done. jano

Ok, I'll deal. At least the thing that was lying on the path is gone. ;) ~ Lonnit

Awww... don't be disappointed Lydia, Look again ;-) Its there now... :)
Thanks Lonnit. Its a compromise as I was not 100% sure. I like what I have now better that rest of all the versions.

Better than the last one, but I was perfectly content with the original. If it ain't broke, don't fix it! ;) ~ Lonnit

How does the sky look now? Its "in-market" sky now ;-)
And Lydia, I had shot a version along with this one to process with the "dreamlike" effect. I will upload that for you in pending.

Thanks Shu, Lydia(again), Oved, Lonnit and Rod. I'll work on a version in between the "before market" and "after market" sky :) However I am not sure why Rod thinks the whole shot looks overprocessed ;-) I had over exposed the shot and reduced the exposure in ACR... that gave me the saturation I wanted, and yes, a little soft filter is applied, that boosted the sat a little more.

I'm surprised at people picking on the original sky as the whole shot looks over processed. I agree wiv Lonnit the original sky looked much better.

Oh POOH! I LIKED the after-market sky! It was a lovely contrast to the yellow and red. Now everything just looks washed out. :( I never said the after-market sky was bad!!! Bring it back - PRETTY PLEASE! Really, it does so look like something is missing now. All the impact has turned to wishy-washiness. PUL-EEZE put it back the way it was! ~ Lonnit

Beautiful! /Oved

I LIKED the "after-market" sky. It made the photo seem dreamlike. *sigh* Thanks for 86ing the box... ~Lydia

The sky looks much better! The deeper blue version somewhat overpowered the rest of the image. Now one's focus is on the beautiful red tree line and the sky fits more naturally into the background. It is a beautiful image! shu

Thanks for looking guys.
Rod, I'm learning.... ;-)
Lydia, the box is gone...
And those who though the sky as looking odd, that was because I had selected the sky and saturated it ;-)

Very interesting! I'm assuming that's an after-market sky. ;) ~ Lonnit

Impressive seasonal shot. Difficult exposure but this works well to show the brilliant autumn sunshine and colors. -tv

I must have been drinking when I posted below, please deduct the second "didn't know you" :-)

I like how the path of leaves right down the middle looks so isolated. -COAmature

Looks great, but I am not sure it is helped by the false coloring of the sky.
I will be in Atlanta next weekend to see The Police at Phillips arena.

LOVELY, Cat! So colorful and leading. *grin*
I think I'd have to clone out that white square thing inside the tree line about three trees in, though. It stops my eye from following the line and makes me wonder what it is. A beautiful shot, Cat. ~Lydia

Nice leading lines Cat, I didn't know you didn't know you did paintings:-)
