Thanks Rod. -mcbit

Yes this is the one, it looks terrific mate.

I don't think you need the added separator to make the division of the two shots, the division is straight & distinct as called for in the rules. The attraction of the Pending picy is it's two totally different shots looking as one.
I will make no comments on the cheap plastic frame except to say Kiki has a lot to answer for:-)

Edited the one in pending, the separator didn't look right by itself so I had to out and buy a nice plastic frame to put it in. :) -mcbit

I like the one in pending too, Gerry. I even like that it looks like it is on a terrace overlooking the city. It looks like it is taking a breather before running out into the city. Just make a 20 pixel black divider to make it two distinct pictures. John

I really like the one in Pending for the reasons you mention Gerry. It's a pity you didn't post that one first as we could have had a great time telling you it was off topic as you have to post two picys:-)

Yup.. the bomb look works better. Or a border in the other version. Naaa.. -tv

Rod, this one isn't but I have seen a few O2 cylinders strapped to the roof connected as the LPG supply for the engine. -mcbit

Talk about a bomb look at the gas cylinder on the roof of the van. Nicely shot Gerry.

To my eye, distance vs close shots seem to work better together with the closest on the bottom, especially when the sky comes to play. This is a problem because the truck above seems to be filling the sky with its unnatural presence, like a bomb. -tv

Sorry Debi, I'm sure the link isn't obvious to most people but would be to people who know Baku. Baku, the oil rich capital of the former Soviet republic of Azerbaijan currently has the fastest growing economy in the world and is a maze of busy old narrow streets made treacherous by the overpopulation of vehicles. Cars like this are still in daily use in Baku and for me are more "The right tool for the job" than the now "De Rigeur" Mercedes, BMWs, etc...

This set really paints a picture of what Baku is like. The simplicity of the truck picture is a nice contrast to the busy city below.
