Good idea John, I took some shots of our local antique auction, but nothing came out as good as this one, even the glazes and reflections add clutter!

Good idea, John. It's been interesting to see how this image evolved and I hope everyone was watching. The result is an effective grouping of objects within the group and a redefinition of the clutter. It's still cluttered of course with lots of surrounding distractions, which keeps it on topic. -tv

One thing. Both the manual white balance (set on the white shelf) while in 4 different kinds of store lighting and the Image Stabilization 1/5s while holding breath hand-held shot, speak gobs for Canon's later technologies. Although I am hearing the the WB on the new G9 is off. John

I decided to retake this picture (old one moved to pending) so that it would be about something other than clutter. These guys are definitely looking at something. John
