Excellent shot. One of the better photographs in this challenge. Is it a pattern shot? Several people have said yes, but I don't think I'm going to be one more.

Thank you Tom - this is one of my favorite images. :-) CJ

I like the quiet mood here.

Thanks Doug, Tom, Rod and Jano! I'm not sure I'd get $150 use out of the eyepiece Tom, but thanks for the info! :-) CJ

This works great in b&w - Love the softness of the background and the detail contrasting with the mushrooms. jano

The missus reckons the low shots are good exercise for me Carole but for you girls it's a chance to show off a bit of cleavage:-)
Had to look at this again it's a wonderful shot.

For about $150 you can get a right angle viewfinder that is great for these low, close shots but you have to hold it to your eye. -tv

Nice shot here CJ. I think the others have already covered it. Perfect bokeh. -COAmature

Thanks Tom and Rod! I wasn't sure this would be on-topic but I really liked it and will print this one up. It would be nice to have a tilt screen viewfinder for these low shots though! :-D CJ

:-)My reputation must proceed me as I've only pinged about three shots in Eligible.............so far:-)
Of course this is on topic as the bokeh at least equals the mushrooms making this a picy shot as a pattern shot. It's also nice to see some B&W bokeh, something we don't think about much. Excellent tones in mushrooms too. Very well done megirl.

Well if this doesn't get Rod's blessing, then I an a blooming idiot. Excellent use of bokeh to mirror the pattern of the mushrooms. (I have to try this sometime.) -tv
