making a common subject abstract surely did workout. btw Cal is absolutely fantastic. cannot complain about sunny-southern-cal weather, can i? missing fall-colors though. thanks for asking, Britt. -Abstract

Cool image Britt- like the perspective. I guess I expected a green background around something like this and it threw me for trying to figure out what it is (had to translate).

aam...I sent you an email. Thanks for the feedback Abs - how is life in the sunny parts treating you? tv- thank you for the nice compliment. I tried to make this as abstract as I could, knowing that a sprinkler is a pretty boring subject. I'm glad it worked out well. COam- merci beaucoups! Learning another language is always fun! -Britt

Thanks Britt. Thanks for making me google a translation site so I could figure out what I was looking at. I'll let others do the same. Magnifique emploi. -COAmature

Denying visual information of the scale or place of this object, I can't escape the impression of a space station orbiting a black planet. The shallow dof enhances the sense of large scale three dimensionality. Fantastic effects, nicely done. Deliberate? -tv

Thanks for the feedback Rod. The french titles were just for you since I didn't vote for you last time :) Britt

Wot really makes this shot stand out for me is the subtle ghost image of wot looks like the subject in the background which gives it a pattern, then we have the repetition of the nozzles. And you know wot speaking French does to me:-)
