This is the image I had in mind , only I dont have a cat or a chair like this. Also I was thinking more about a cat curled up and asleep.

Thanks for your comments, thankfully he kept still for this shot. Its his favourite position for watching our parrot. This pair of chairs have survived well as they do not get sat in much! and we encourage the cats to use scratching posts.
